Believe in Why
Here at Tukaiz we have a culture; we believe that success of innovation doesn’t come from what we do, or how we do it, rather why we do it. The greatest challenge for an organization is success… gaining success, maintaining success, and most of all defining your success.
Reiterating well renowned thought by Simon Sinek, we know that innovation and success meet a central point, which is the reason why we do the things we do. If a company can relay to others the inspiration behind their service, success is not in far reach.
However it is the act of communicating your inspiration that can be the obstacle. When success is of skewed vision it becomes an attachment of results. The vast difference between results and fulfillment is blurred and businesses rely on profitability as a success measure. Having the ability to detach yourself from may come of what you do, and focusing on why it actually matters, is the key to longevity of your business and a lasting impression on everyone you affect.
For 49 years we have had passion for changing the industry for the better. And we attribute that passion to the success we have gained with our clients in the current day. In 1963, we sat down and asked ourselves, “Why are we doing this?” and the answer, timeless – to communicate possibilities to the world.
