Ty Incorporated is the largely successful firm behind the Beanie Babies line of products. Since 1993, Ty has produced more than 365 different Beanie Babies, each with colorful names and distinct characteristics. Their product is known worldwide and has a monumental following.
Tukaiz has partnered with Ty Inc. to deliver a seamless, efficient
process to production of all their marketing, POP and direct mail
campaigns. It began with converting all Ty's photography to a higher
quality, more effective digital format. With digital photography, Ty
Inc. has been able to decrease photo production time and incorporate
real-time image manipulation and color matching. The digital library of
products allows Tukaiz to maneuver images through a digital network
that encompasses all prepress to print production in house.
The digital workflow exercised with Ty Inc. has vastly improved turn
around times and final output of various printed products. From the
direct mail pieces generated on the HP 3050 digital presses, to the POP
displays run on the 40" Heidelbergs, Tukaiz has provided Ty Inc. with
an all inclusive source for start-to-finish production. By maintaining
this effective imaging to print process, Tukaiz can allow Ty Inc. to
