BACKSTAGE- Online Print Management and Data Application Programming

Tukaiz developed a custom proprietary web based marketing management system, Tukaiz Backstage. Backstage was developed internally by the Tukaiz development and programming team. This tool gives organizations the ability to order custom printed or inventoried products, with the flexibility of a web based ordering system. As part of this platform, Backstage includes functionality to allow for a wide variety of configurations and business workflows, in order to meet the needs of a wide range of customers. Detailed reporting is a key benefit of the system. Tukaiz produces the high quality printing while implementing color management science across all media to maintain client brand equity. Tukaiz performs the kit packing / fulfillment / shipping logistics and provides warehousing for inventory. All of these services are provided, at this time, through our one location in Franklin Park, Illinois.

Custom Image Personalization

One of the key differentiators with regards to the Tukaiz Interactive Studio is the ability to design and produce personalized images for use in variable data print or electronic media campaigns. The images created are designed to incorporate a personalized message into the picture with amazing realism, making it appear that the image was photographed that way. Clients have the option to select from over 500 pre-built image templates, or our team can design a custom image to meet a client’s needs.

Tukaiz Products developed the innovative iPhone application called PixyMe. This iPhone and iPod Touch application artistically places names into images with amazing realism making it appear as if it was photographed that way. Users can send the image personalization message via email or as a printed postcard through the mail. www.pixyme.com

Personalized URL (PURL) Development

Personalized URLs are unique web addresses designed as part of a one-to-one marketing campaign. Incorporating the name of the recipient into the web address of the marketing site has several benefits:

• Users are more likely to visit the site due to the novelty of seeing their name in the address
• When used in conjunction with an integrated marketing campaign (i.e. Direct Mail or Email Blast), visits to the site produce detailed demographic information of the users who respond to an offer. Standard marketing sites can only track traffic to the site, but not the specific users.

PURL sites can be used to help generate a customer profile by asking only the necessary customer demographic questions, as it is assumed that the basic information is already known as part of the list generation process.

ELearning / Online Training

The Interactive Studio at Tukaiz offers a full suite of eLearning services from simple programs where users progress through static pages and complete an assessment at the end of the course, all the way through full system simulation training. All programs built by Tukaiz can be integrated with a client’s LMS system, or data can be captured to a custom database built specifically for a client.

DVD Mastering

Tukaiz can design the user interface for DVD menus and integrate a client’s audio and video elements to create a master disc used for commercial duplication.

Email Blast & SMS Messaging

As part of our multi-channel marketing services, Tukaiz offers email blast and SMS messaging for our clients. These services are integrated with detailed reporting capabilities that include information such as:
