We house two state of the art, fully equipped 40” Heidelberg presses. Each press offers in-line UV and Aqueous coating ability. At an average of 20 minute make readies and 12,000 sheets per hour, we offer extremely knowledgeable technicians and professionals, with the experience to dynamically run your project.

Our unique ability to produce high caliber products on exotic substrates and plastics are unmatched in our field. Our exotics include foils, static clings, styrene and lenticular. With tried and true techniques, we have the experience and wisdom to achieve the most demanding standards and compelling results.

Digital

Our digital printing facility houses 10 HP Indigo presses. As pioneers at the onset of digital print, Tukaiz has the experience and skill to deliver quality, effective, variable data, on-demand print campaigns that best utilize the technology.

Large Format

Utilizing 4 large format printers and 1 flatbed printer, our large format output printing capabilities cater to the Point-of-Purchase and Point-of-Sale industry. With such products as banners and posters, we can print on a variety of substrates including 3D lenticular, glass, wood, plastics, vinyls, and most any type of stock.

Finishing

Our bindery and fulfillment services complete the process in our 15,000 square foot warehouse and finishing center. With the latest in automated and digital finishing equipment, we can efficiently and expeditiously move your product to the marketplace. We provide pick-and-pack, kit packing, and unique delivery and fulfillment options.
